Delivery and payment terms
For new customers:
Prepayment
Austria
Ex order value € 500,-, delivery for free. Otherwise delivery costs of € 6,- per parcel are allocated.
Delivery dates are only binding with explicit confirmation by artwerk. Outstanding orders are delivered without separate notification.
The amount invoiced can revocably be collected via direct debit after 8 days with 3 % cash discount. The permission is valid also for future invoices unless the permission does not get recalled.
Payment on invoice: 2% cash discount within 8 days, 30 days net.
Illicit cash discount deduction gets charged.
When a delay of payment by the customer occurs we are legitimated to take legal measures in order to compensate the actual loss sustained.
EU:
